Nov. 7 A lock to the OWLS lounge in Powell was reportedly damaged. A substance that appeared to be glue was in the lock. A red trashcan containing $300 worth of food collected for a food drive was reportedly stolen from the OWLS lounge in Powell. An OWLS lounge staff member reported the door was unsecured due to damage to the lock.
